Together, the Website and the App are referred to as the “Platform”. Please carefully review these Terms of Use before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the services provided on the Platform and uninstall the App. By installing, downloading, or simply using the Platform, you are entering into a contract with Ondemandappz. Order Delivery

Please note that delivery timeframes provided upon order confirmation are approximate estimates and may vary. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to processing delays at the seller/merchant end or other unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if there are changes to the delivery address, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. Any changes to the delivery location are subject to our approval, and additional delivery fees may apply if necessary.

Failure to accept delivery or provide appropriate instructions may result in the goods being deemed delivered to you, with all associated risks and responsibilities transferring to you. Payment

Ondemandappz retains the right to introduce new payment methods or remove existing ones at its discretion. If you opt for online payment, it will be processed by our third-party payment service provider(s). Your credit card/payment details may be stored with these providers for future orders, with your consent. Please note that ondemandappz does not store your credit card/payment information directly. It’s your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on your credit/debit card for Order payment. Ondemandappz assumes responsibility for payments made on our Platforms, including refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and dispute resolution, provided they are reasonable and justifiable in accordance with these Terms.
